Marissa and Amanda were paradigms of customer service. Amanda asked me twice if i needed help and then proceeded to help me find the exact items i was looking for. She maintains first name basis with lots of her customers, which speaks volumes. Marissa was just as helpful and empathetic. I went into TSC in Victoria, TX, 08-18-25 thinking I needed a new blade for my chainsaw. JAY looked at my chainsaw and said the blade looked good. He explained so much to me about the workings. He cleaned up the blade and put everything back together. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He respectfully answered all my questions.
