I went in looking for cattle cubes, they were out of the brand I wanted but one worker told me that other Tractor Supply stores would price match if the Manager allowed it. When I went to check out, I told Nadia about my conversation. She went above and beyond….not only did she print out a receipt with the price…. She wrote “Please price match”…..I did not notice her message until I had left…. Thank You Nadia for being so sweet. BTW I did get a price match in Goliad, big thank you to Stephanie
Thank you Donna and Landan for such a wonderful customer service experience. I came in 10 minutes before closing so I was hardly expecting eager helpful customer service. To my surprise I was greeted and helped immediately and was thoroughly impressed with the knowledgeable kind service experience at this location. Donna went above and beyond. Today I went into the store and was helped by and employee named Susie,she was very informative about the products she was selling and took the time to explain things to me that I did not know about my own animals,she was a great help and I look forward to my next trip to the Tractor Supply Store,I wish they had a tip jar because she was very deserving of one!
