Traveling up from SC back home to VA. We got a flat on way back home and stopped at tractor supply for a trailer tire. Employee Earl was 10/10. He was so kind and helped when he could, he offered water’s while my husband changed out the tire. He is a great example of customer service is. He just went above and beyond in every aspect. We are extremely grateful for Earl and his help.
Great customer service
Went in looking for a product. Saw a young lady there ask her where product was, she didnt just tell me what aisle it was in she took me there and explain to me about other products that were there similar to wat i was looking for making sure i didn't get the wrong one and explain to me why. Didn't get her name. I was very impressed.
This Tractor Supply always has issues around the dog wash when I come in. They have run out of supplies twice in the past 2 months and they won’t even sell me a wash if I buy my own supplies for some reason. They’ve had one wash station broken for half a year, and now the other is broken and so even if they had supplies they still couldn’t sell a wash.
