It's obvious that the employees at this location hate their jobs. Many customers in the store yesterday agreed. Funny how I was told my online item was not in the store because it wasn't in the system. So called manager was too lazy to physically look for it. Had to wait over 15 minutes for her to come to the customer service desk after someone was paged. She went crying to the store manager because I didn't believe her. Needless to say - I walked out with my item and will not be shopping there again.
