Purchased a Honda gas power washer and used it 3-4 times before it stopped working just as the warranty expired. Took it back to the store to inquire about repairs and was repeatedly told I should have bought the extended warranty. I said “can you send it out for repairs at my expense since I have it outside in my vehicle”. They said no and to take it to a place 30 miles away that repairs their power washers. I recommend using their dog wash. Especially if you have bigger or fluffy dogs. The employees are always so nice and helpful. I take my yellow lab there all the time to give him a bath. It’s a lot cheaper then other do it yourself dog wash places with a wide variety of shampoos. And it’s always clean every time I’ve been. They also have a wide variety of pet food, treats, and toys.
I have shopped there since the grand opening years ago, last week the store was in horrible shape with merchandise everywhere. Broken bags of dog food and dog food scattered all over the store. what is the most disturbing is that this stuff Not only was not helpful today but actually argumentative.
I go once a month to get my pitbull a toy, food , and treats. since she is only 6months, she gets treats alot. I spend an armload but, I love my BABYGIRL. Shes spoiled and smart at the same. I always get whatever I need for her at Ravenel Tractor Supply. I'm a happy shopper.
Lady we asked to help us was rude and I guess didn’t feel she needed to take the time to help. So needless to say we left without purchasing anything
Not an abundance of associates late Sunday afternoon but extremely helpful and knowledable.
