Unfortunate. I really liked TS, until this Fall. I went in to buy pellets for my stove and was disappointed. Not only did the pellets go up 15% but they're buying them from a company in Colorado. We have a mill about 1/2 away that's makes the same product. Why should I patronize a business they takes jobs away from our local economy? The rate hike is what it is, even though everyone else had the same price as last year. I'm buying them elsewhere. Not good
I can't remember a time where I bought something that worked. Inferior product line
They are an amazing company. The staff are awesome!
I bought an electric weed trimmer here a few weeks back. It worked once and then completely stopped. I brought it back today, they kindly refunded my money with a smile....so then I bought a Cub Cadet gas trimmer. Great customer service, Friendly staff! I love this place.
