Took my dog out today for use of the bathing station. After I got him all soaped up the water turned to cold, I found an employee house they said was sorry this happens sometimes, and walked away. I also told the lady at the cash register, and I still had to pay for the service, even tho my dog was full of soap still and shivering as we left. We will not return to the store for any business.
RecommendedThey are so helpful and love the girls there. There employees are all wonderful and the love and compassion they have for animals .
Amazing place for pet supplies ! You should also check out the pet wash that RJ Plumbing and Heating installed !
I love their collectibles for kitchens that are chickens. I love the assortment of animal foods, and the flannel shirts are awesome!
They were out of peanuts !!!!!!!
You can never find anyone that can help you when you need it. Very frustrating.
