Our trailer broke down on our way for an overnight trip. After struggling for a couple hours with items we purchased, we asked for help. Jeremiah, a store employee, came out and helped us finish the job after some troubleshooting. He really went above and beyond and we truly appreciate what he did. Thank you!
Cashier I have had there last 3 times does not have a clue and should not be at register. She wanted me to lift 200 pounds of horse feed to bring to register to ring up. They have a book at register with all the bar codes they ring up and you pay and then she should call for help to load. She had no idea that those bar codes were in the book until I told her. This is same one failed to remove ink theft device from a coat I bought. If they want to be a place to sell feed than they need to operate like one as other stores do.
Either its a staffing problem or a customer service problem. When I am standing in the store, and tried to get an employee's attention and they acknowledge me yet still walk away even though I needed assistance. I had to call the store while inside to get someone to help me because looking around for someone to actually assist me for 20 minutes was getting tedious.
Tractor supply company ... they lie. I bought a tool box for my truck. The tool box cracked (less than 150 pounds in it). When I call them and explain it they say bring in the receipt. I bring it in ... now all the sudden it's a warranty issue. VERY disreputable store!!!

Friendly staff, even the guy who was obviously miserably sick the last time I was in. Shelves have always been stocked and I've always been asked if I needed help whenever a staff member noticed me.
The worst customer service I have ever had.. Kids running kids.. I asked for help 3 times no one helped then when I asked for a manager they set out a child to speak to me with awful customer service.. This place will never get my business.. It's laughable they are still open..
