Came in on Sunday to do the pet clinic, after waiting 45 minutes (showed up 15 minutes early, and then waited 30 minutes in line for the pet clinic to open which they do 30 minutes after the store opens), I am told that if you're not pre-registered, you will have to wait until everyone else who is has gone. Wait... what? I've been coming since the beginning of March, bringing one dog at a time because they are big and nothing has been said. Bought pro89 dog food from tractor supply on bay Rd first thing by dog does is vomit everywhere after eating it for hours. The date on it says August 2025 on it so it's not expired.
Always a good experience and lots of really useful items on sale for great prices.
Not a very good experience. Walked around the store for 15 minutes not one person acknowledge that we were even there with exception to the lady at the checkout . we’re looking for small Rototiller, Finally found somebody to ask, evidently it was more important to stack dog food than walk us back and show us where the Rototiller were. Never did find them asked again to be told that they did not have any in stock.
