Never have what you need or they are always out of stock, and the morning employees are dismissive and rude. Very small selection of boots and gear towards men. Women and children/teens need working shoes as well.
I came in 30 minutes before closing time to fill a propane tank and they told me they couldn't go outside to fill it. Weird because there's a big ol sign facing Bay Rd that says we fill propane. Didn't know that means only certain hours.
Called earlier to refill my 100 lb propane tank and they said yes they can do it Waited outside 15 minutes until the lady came they she said oh I don’t have the right adapter to do that . I asked her to pot it on the scale to see how much left I have there she said oh I don’t have scale which is in the front on my eyes. It is really heavy and I unloaded it and pot it back again myself because customer service don’t know what they have and the lady she doesn’t feel doing her job today . First and last visit for this service
