I purchased a Cub Cadet lawn mower in March of 2023 WITH the added warranty plan from Tractor Supply Richland Ms. The day of purchase the mower wouldn’t start to load on the trailer, I was told to come back tomorrow to pick it up. After returning the second day the mower started and was loaded and I was given a spare battery after being told the battery may have been the problem they really didn’t know. Manager is rude and discriminates against handicap ppl. Not only is she rude but she also stated that “she didn’t have time to deal with” a customer🤦♀️ Too many other stores with respectful employees and managers that I’d go to before I wasted my time or money at the Richland one. Do better Tractor Supply!
