Wasted my time and gas by driving across town for a kennel that I called about on the phone and was told it was in stock, but when I got there I was told they hadn’t stocked that kennel in a while. After wasting gas, I still don’t have the kennel that I needed today. I won’t spend another penny at this location
awesome store for pet needs. I have two pups and one cat that all require special ingredient food for allergies. they have their own line of food that is MUCH more affordable!
They have high quality pet food at great prices. The cashier that is normally working is very friendly/bubbly personality. I have not had any problem finding what I need -they have everything for gardening,livestock/pets. I even got a pair of boots for my little girl there(very reasonably priced). I hate that one reviewer was unhappy, because I have never had a problem with customer service at the Theodore store(I go there regularly). I love it, and I am excited about the upcoming event they are having for purina days.
