Our Tractor Supply in Bridgeton NJ is the best store for our needs on our small farm. I am older and disabled and tryed for weeks to get a Pedal Boat. I want to point out a very special Manager Chris Hunter who went far and beyond to help me get my Pedal Boat I was trying to get to no advail. Chris Hunter called different stores and managed to hook me up with my boat in the Sicklerville store because he cared enough for to keep his customer happy. Yesterday May 17, 2021 the Retriever lodge kennel door panel was listed at 79.99...sku112540999...then today it’s listed online for 99.99. I was told by a store employee today May 18 that the “sale” was over even thought it now says “was$119 NOW 99.99.... as if it’s another “sale”. While still on the phone the same employee said he was told the actual price “today”...still May 19...is $119 and said incorrect online and then I asked what the price will be tomorrow. I would actually give a 0/5 stars for the Ithaca Tractor Supply for their negligence of care for baby chicks. Went in to get some chicken scratch and heard the peeps of chicks, went over to look, 2/3 of the waterers were covered with wood shavings or food, so not a lot of water flow. The third waterer was empty......I will no longer be supporting this business.

The tractor supply store on 32nd Street Yuma Arizona is extremely professional the sales associate Lupe couldn't have been kinder and know his products more extremely knowledgeable Not only was best service friendly and I will definitely return again

Went to tractor supply in HarleySeville today. Stood in a line and was told is was not the right line. Stood in another line for ten minutes. When I got to the register, she told me sorry this line is closed. Left my cart and walked out. Headed to Moyer in souderton to buy what we came here for.

Today My husband and I were looking for a dog house, not living to far from tractor supply we decided to visit, after finding a suitable dog house we then told an associate what we would like to purchase he acknowledged an proceeded to the back after 5 min I went to the front cashier an told him that I would like to purchase the dog house he also acknowledged my request ( dog house is outside at least 7 ft high) After another 5 min of nothing ...., We decided to leave no one asked any questions when we left...... Amy's superior leadership and dedication to customer service has me filling out a survey when I try very hard to avoid such things. I am grateful and will be a recurring stream of revenue for Tractor Supply, because of Amy and her staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been MORE THAN CORDIAL, which speaks to Amy's leadership. I have a unique need and the Silverdale store didn't seem to care when I inquired. I called Amy's store, she answered and picked the ball up from there. I've really enjoyed shopping this store. Sadly, I no longer feel safe in the store as the last two times I went they had employees who weren't wearing their masks over their nose [one standing at the doorway and one was a cashier]. I will do the curbside pick up but going into the store feels too dangerous.
