I drove around 2 hours to this location and purchased a pair of Ariat work boots. When I arrived home I realized there were two different insoles in these boots making the boots fit different on each foot. After a few calls trying to get help with trading in the wrong insole for the correct one I was told that they can’t do anything about it and that I need to take it up with Ariat. Not impressed.
