Rude, incompetent staff that doesn’t care about customers needs, tells you what they think you want to hear and sends you out the door on a wild goose chase for what you’re looking for. I will NEVER shop here AGAIN. I called looking for an item and the person told me he didn’t know if they had any in stock but I was welcome to come walk around the warehouse and look!!!!!
I went to Tractor Supply yesterday... bird seed, cat food, misc... around $40 .. at check out clerk asked for my birthday. I said I don't have birthday any more. She said I can't get you on the screen without your birthday. So I said then I'll go some place else to buy this darn stuff and left. Unbelievable that I could not purchase something with cash without giving my birthday!!!! I will spread the word about this service!!! unbelievable!!
I went there today and one of your staff members asked if we had a card and we said yes he looked at me and ask if it was ok for him to get her number. He knows her from previous altercation at other job . He may have been joking but I do not find it funny one bit and actually rude. I kept my composure.. you really need to pick better workers at your herkimer store ��
