Recommendedprices are good on just about everything. The help has always been friendly and helpful. I think the problem is that there's a very high turnover of help and alot of their job is "on the job training" but they help doesn't stick around long enough to get it.

the girl that answered the phone was a complete air head. I mean that in the nicest way possible. I placed an online order and the store cancelled half of it (the main reason I would have made the 30 min drive), so I called to cancel the other half and she said that I HAVE to call customer solutions to deal with it. WRONG. I asked the customer solutions rep and you very easily could have done your job and chose not to. please learn to hire competent employees that are actually knowledgeable. will not ever recommend curbside ... read more
Friendly staff, always helpful. The poor reviews on this page are from a long time ago when they first opened the new store and help was rough. It is much better now. But I wish they would carry Purina Duck food, pelleted. It's the one with just the Duck on the bag. I have asked about it several times, but it's never stocked. That would be so cool if it was.
So tired of this place never having dog food! Obviously you have a high demand for it, as there is never any. Unfortunately my dog is allergic and has reactions to most dog food, and the four health has been the best for her. The older lady with the white hair always has attitude and is rude when I ask if she can check in the back.
I was in your store at 3:05 pm today. I was looking for a heat lamp. The lot boy said " I think we are sold out" so I asked the cashier she said " they are either in the middle of the store. Or in the back"
Just tried to purchase permethrin at this store. It’s on the shelf. When I go to check out, the cashier tells me I can’t purchase it because “there’s no one here licensed to sell it and they won’t be back until the fifth.” Why are you stocking a product on your shelves you can’t sell? Complete waste of my time driving from Eatonville. Will not be shopping here any longer - your store is a joke.
