I ordered a coop online. It came without a roof, and customer service was excellent, helpful, and friendly. The return was handled smoothly and I received a new coop in good time.

That last few times we have been in they are disorganized, shelves not stocked, people lazy and make excuses not to look for what you need. Just this morning my husband was in there and was told by the person at the register couldn't leave and everyone else was 'busy' so he would have to come back for someone to check if what we needed was there..... I wont be back. There are so many other options.
Purchased birds this August to add to my layer flock- picked up one labeled as a Salmon Favorelle and 5 labeled Murray’s Black...thank goodness that I didn’t get six “Salmon Favorelles”..... because they were mislabeled! I now have a broiler! Not looking forward to being down one laying bird in the spring or having to slaughter the meat bird. Thanks, Tractor Supply.
