I had to special order feed and ordered it over a month ago with multiple phone calls and trips to the store just to get it added to their feed worksheet. Recieved phone calls verifying it was ordered and would be ready for me to pick it up. When I arrived the store manager Roger was unprofessional and rude and stated that they didn't even order it for me.
