Took our dogs here for the first time to get a bath. Room was filthy and there were no towels in the store for us to use, not to mention all of the dirty ones were thrown in the corner of the room. Needless to say we won’t be back, bummed because it’s not far from our house.

Every time I come to get propane bottles filled, its always some excuse why they cant do it today! Either its sprinkling, its too hot, and today once again its because the ONLY Employee that can do it is off today! Why in the hell do yall even offer it if you cant sell it? And the customer service from the emplyees that tell you are rude. The lady today seemed like she hated her job and didnt even want to be there. Yall need to step your game up! Yall have gone to complete crap!
A gentleman named David quickly checked the back for a sack of feed and carried it all the way to my car after I told him I had it. Kudos to the manager that hired him.

fire your store manager at the Conroe location. He has terrible customer service skills and shouldnt be working with the public.
. Repeated trips for item that is up high and need assistance getting down as well as a price check. Other than girls at register that can’t help impossible to get help. Once in awhile I can understand but getting to be a regular thing.

Very good customer service and very nice people. Found everything easily and easy to access from the freeway.
