I called about an item was put on hold for about 10 minutes then was told I'd be called back in 10 minutes I waited an hour then I called them back and was told oh sorry he probably forgot to call you back then I talked to him on the phone he said oh yeah I have to order them I said thanks for the call back you wasted an hour of my time
