I love TSC in general, but the employees at this one are exceptional! They are always so helpful and kind, and the gentlemen today who helped me find and load up everything was absolutely wonderful! you definitely don't get help like that anywhere else!
I recommend if you can not find it in the store, then try the new on line system.
My wife purchases a tractor tire on the rim. It was wrong one. She tried taking it back she didn't have the receipt and I removed the little tag. The manager told her they didn't sell it and never did. Basically called her a liar. She came home found the receipt and the tag. Then wasted more of her time driving back to the store, to get the 80 dollars back. What kinda people you got managing this place , don't even know your own merchandise. We have been disappointed with several of this stores employees since they opened. Today was the second time they had no flat carts in store. This is the second time we asked where they were. BOTH times the employee(s) told us probably outside and walked away! My husband also helped an older couple load their car, and they said thanks..we asked for some help but no one has come...I miss the 32nd street store...
