Normally, customer service is great in this store but today whoever the cashier was needs to learn some good Customer service skills! A gentleman opened another register and checked me out, I had one bag when I left. I had everything except the two puppy shots I bought, I called once I realized and it was the rude cashier that answered and I said, "Yes ma'am I was just there an hour ago and just realized my puppy shots aren't in my bag.. This is my store.. my go to place and the people always are the very best PEOPLE Ever. Robert and Laural and karan and all the rest. They are all my kind of PEOPLE. GOD bless you all for being here for me and Kason.. Kason is my little grandson. He is a miracle child. And you are so sweet to him.. he tells everyone this is his store.
Where you ask a question and the guy restocking some merchandise shakes your hand and introduces himself before answering. .... customer service!
