Waited 10 minutes for help loading dog food. They helped 2 other customers before me and I asked 1st for help. Very poor customer service.
They NEVER have people to help you or have the dog food in stock. Ask them to put in reoccurring order apparently they have a problem with that too

You might want to update your closing times as I drove 30 minutes from signal mountain to your store to purchase an item. The website and your Facebook page both says 9pm. Upon arrival at 8pm I attempted to go in and I was greeted by an employee saying we are closed. Very dissatisfied by waisting my time driving so far for no reason at all.
Went there yesterday. I was looking for an axe handle. They had many different axes, but no replacement handles. That's OK, because I found soooo many other things there that would make life easier all around my yard. Their prices on yard tools, generators, compressors, pressure washers, power tools, and such were substantially lower than big box hardware stores. They had some nice yard ornaments too. I had never been to Soddy-Daisy before, so I wanted to deliver there. I'm a truck driver who delivers Tractor Supply and try to go to different places when possible. Soddy-Daisy was a quite and neat little town, tucked smack dab in the hills of Tennessee. The employees at TS were very friendly and helpful. I recommend visiting them if ever in Soddy-Daisy. That's just fun to say.
