They have a “wonderful” customer no-service policy. I observed a closing time of 8 PM. I arrived at the store and interrupted two employees who were busily doing something on their phones. I inquired about propane and was told that they close at 8:00 pm but they stopped selling propane at 7:30 pm. It was 7:21. They would not sell me propane. They have everything you could want. Who are your pets for garden? Tools do much more, very polite employees
Horrible Customer Service, and very unprofessional I will let my family members know about the bad experience I had. Hopefully Corporate does something about employees being so rude.
Found what I was looking for but cashier named Kelsey C. gave me unnecessary attitude and was not helpful when I was in search of an item. Nasty attitude for someone working cashier job… bad customer service made me not want to come to this location again.
