The staff is amazing!!! I had a problem getting a special dog food that was very controlled by the supplier and they have bent over backwards consistently to make sure I get that special food for my dogs... above all friendly compassionate and very knowledgeable about every product...they really are the local supplier ... not a chain

Store clerks are rude.. Anyway Don't attempt to have something picked up from here. After you purchase the item they resale it. So when you go to pick it up they have no idea what to do except say "sorry we sold that". Congratulations and thanks for screwing up Christmas gifts with shear incompetence.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have become like a family. I am in there at least once if not twice a week.
