Just in this Tractor supply and for the 4th time observed people without face coverings. When I asked I was told “corporate” directed employees to not address the “ no face coverings” . I spend about $300 a month in TS. They just lost my business for ever.... this decision by “ corporate” is ignorant and so are the people not wearing masks. The medical experts all say face coverings save lives.

This establishment's customer service is fantastic! When I went to the Pinebush store right before closing to purchase a pellet stove they were out of stock. The sales associate called the Middletown store and had them wait for me. The had the pellet stove on the high low and ready to load onto the pickup truck.
They don’t pay their employees for service rendered takes advantage of teenagers manager needs more training
two dogs locked in a hot car and both the store manager and owner arguing that it was ok. until the dog police showed up. they have an in-house vet clinic and no education on dogs locked in hot cars what is their policy on animal abuse at the store????
Always have what we need in stock. Great management and employees! Thank you for supporting our youngsters by allowing bake sales etc in front of your store.
