It’s literally 31 degrees outside and they’re closing because of the weather.. It’s RAINING. For y’all selling farm and livestock supplies, y’all won’t ever make farmers. WEAK.
I recommend tractor supply as a company but the store in Hattiesburg Mississippi is terrible the shelves are never fully stocked like the one in Laurel Mississippi when you ask if they have something if you don’t know a specific name for example cat litter then they look at you like a deer in headlights today for the second time I have had to leave the Hattiesburg store without purchasing what I need and go to the laurel store to get the things that I need this is unacceptable since Laurel is 20 miles away from me I am a nei... read more

Hattiesburg Tractor Supply on 49 service is terrible!!! I was just in there getting ready to pay for items that I wanted and the cashier couldn’t pull it up on the price of the item out back that I wanted so I had to wait... no problem... as I waited someone else came up behind me and the cashier asked do I mind them going in front of me while I wait for someone to bring my item. I said I didn’t mind. While she was checking them out my item arrived. So obviously I should be next but she continued to move on the the next lady... read more

I ordered 10 cases of pint ball regular jars on July 25, 2020 for $107.00. I had my order shipped to the Tractor Supply on 7168 US Highway 49 Hattiesburg, MS 39402. My order came in August 4, 2020. I went today August 8, 2020 to pick them up and where are they?! They RESOLD MY JARS! I paid for my jars July 25th online and they resold them August 4th, the same day they came in! yesterday 1/10/2020 we came in to make a few purchases and price a big price item. usually enjoy our visits but not this one. took forever to get help to prepay for our purchase and he kept just walking off in the middle of our purchase to "run" help someone else..two more employees there but he insisted on doing it all himself..never did he refer to other employees for assistance..leaving us waiting for him to continue helping us.rude...cashier was nice at the end ...need better customer service and team work...thx
The Hattiesburg store is out of green Retriever dog food about half of the time, and if they aren’t out I have to ask someone to get a bag from the back. Because of this, I have to feed a bag of something else And my dogs get sick. Logical reasoning would make one think “hm, since we run out of this product so often, maybe we should increase our order...” 🙄
I’m sitting in the parking lot of Tractor Supply at 7:25pm on 6/4/19 after one of the rudest checkout experiences I’ve ever had. The woman who checked me out was chitchatting on the phone. She did not greet me. She did not acknowledge me in any way. She didn’t ask me if I was a member. She didn’t give me my total. When the transaction was complete, she handed me my receipt and again said nothing. She didn’t even look at me. She just continued to gab on the phone about her headache.
