I was having a bad day. Couldn’t locate anything I needed anywhere in town. (Just Visiting the area) I stopped at Tractor Supply here and a young employee named Jacob offered to help. I thought, ‘Not if you know how its gone So Far!’ Long story short-er, he was Very helpful finding the items that TS carried and even pointed me in the direction of a few Specialty stores that might carry the other items. You might want to ensure his employment! Helpful and intelligent employees are Rare in my experience.

Neighbor bought a new riding mower, mowed 3 times, parked it, upon starting again it failed to go in gear, wouldn't move forward or reverse. Talked to tractor supply and they agreed to exchange it. Took the necessary documents to the store as requested. A week later I am still getting the run-around on when they will deliver the new one. The grass gets higher and still no delivery date! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
