Today I visited the Tractor Supply website to order myself a shop vac. Upon completion of my order I realized there was an option for curbside pick up. I selected this option. I had a few errands to run near the Swansea mall and when I was finished with my errands, I figured I’d stop into Tractor Supply to see how my order was doing. This TR is probably the worst one we have ever been to. Unfortunately, it is the one closest to our farm. They NEVER have what you need, or it is sitting in the back and not on the shelves. Their excuse is always “we’re not in charge of ordering”. Then who is??? Today the clerk didn’t think to ask for our Member numbers before he finished the transaction. When we asked him about it, he just said sorry- next time! What?! Customer service is nonexistent at this store.

Awesome store i buy bird feed and wild animal feed. sometimes I buy clothes. just a great store
It's the Wal-Mart of feed stores. Anyone with basic animal husbandry knowledge is likely more capable than most of the staff. It does have a fair selection and the hours of operation make it convenient.
