Sales associates have no knowledge of inventory. I was told that large items were not in stock when they were clearly there, and told that I had to place a ship to store order through the website with a several hundred dollar shipping fee for the items. If I had done that I would have paid more than double for them. Horrible customer service and apathetic staff.
The manager Trish at the Johnston location is rude, unprofessional, and unkind. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. How she got a job working with the public, never mind being promoted to supervise others boggles my mind. Thankfully the other employees are wonderful and helpful but I will not be stepping foot back in this store while she is still employed there. Be careful. Clerk cancelled my pickup order and then used my payment information to purchase a $100 Starbucks gift card to be delivered to the store.
