RecommendedI recently purchased an outdoor kennel from here. The customer service provided by Bill and Amanda was outstanding. I highly recommend Tractor Supply for their 5 star service, quality of products and reasonable prices. They’re dog treats are much better priced than PetSmart, so I will be buying them here in the future.

The Dog Wash room was so great. Had no idea till a friend told me about it. Me and Dog will be back regularly!

Failed to properly fill my online order. Customer service lacking regarding their error. Advised me to come inside and get my refund. Basically as if it wasn’t their fault. The item I purchased was no longer available and is in short supply at many stores.
Today a young man, name unknown, red and black plaid back pack, had just gotten off from work there, he lent me a helping hand. 4/ 50 lb bags and 3 / 25 lb bags of feed slid off my cart as I was leaving. This amazing young man not only put everything back on the cart he walked the cart to my car and unloaded them. I complemented him for being such a kind gentleman. Thank You again!
Great store!!! Wonderful gesture gifting the pallet of water for those stuck in traffic due to the 5 mile swamp fire. Love this store
Make sure you call ahead before bringing your dog to wash. I tried bringing my 2 dogs and one bath was down, they had no clean towels and they said the blow dryer wouldn’t dry them because it was cold air. I asked when are they up and running and she said every day. Well clearly not since I couldn’t bath my dog at 4:30.
