Yesterday was my first visit to TSC. I very pleased with the friendly service and excellent help I received. I’m sorry to say I don’t remember the young mans name but he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for helping me with the pellets. I will definitely be back.

I took my sixteen year old daughter in here to Christmas shop today. When we walked in, she set off metal detector. They had her walk in and out about 5 times, empty her pockets, take her shoes off, and still wouldn't let her in. We left totally embarrassed by the way we were treated. When I called and asked manager for district managers number, they refused to give it to me. I will never shop here again. You people need to learn some customer service, and respect.
