Stopped in today for cat food. Half the people in the store, customers and employees, had the top of their masks under their chin, both mouth and nose uncovered. As it became apparent social distancing was unavoidable, I dropped the cat food and left the store. I won't return before a vaccine is available...and because the management doesn't seem to care about their employees or customers, I'm unlikely to return after a vaccine is available.
Dee, at Tractor Supply, Vestal is the nicest, BEST person ever!!! An absolute vote, from me, on best dedicated asset to your team EVER!!! I have never had a single complaint about any employee, but, it always feels like she goes above to make you welcome and always friendly!!! She's a DEFINITE keeper!!! She made my day today! 🙂

I think they have one rude staff member, and of course this isn't the first incident. For sure will be calling manager tomarrow. There was oil on the floor I almost slipped in, and I went to get a staff member and went to approach one and say "excuse me" and looked me dead in the eye and continue to walk away are you kidding me? This isn't the first time I have had an issue trying to ask for help and I don't even know you dude. Like why should I be treated with such rudeness and disrespect.
