I have shopped here for years. The cashiers are nice, but any time I have to have stuff loaded, I have to wait a long time. I wait at the gate as asked. After 20 minutes I call and remind them I’m waiting. After 30 minutes I go inside and complain. I’ve had to do this several times. This time, I watched as staff loaded hay and filled propane tanks for customers who drove up after me. I will NEVER again go to this TS. my name is George I own a dog rescue in south carolina, I contacted tractor supply near me to see if they could donate some dog food to my rescue, when I went to pick up the 3 bags the manager told me she had a lot more for me, it was at least 55 bags of dog food. I am so grateful to tractor supply
They have a trailer full of hay, steps in front, and refused to sell us hay twice now.
The cashier Katie was very friendly. She helped me find everything I was looking for, I'll be back.
I went in today for 1 item . They only had 2 people working in the store. Angie at the register was very pleasant to deal with The man in the back of the store was rude and could be "bothered " to help find said item until he finished his call.
What great customer service !! I called after hours last night and Brent spend a lot of time on the phone helping me track down what I was looking for ... We drove the extra miles to do business there today ;)
