My hunsband went there to get the hard wood pellets order online but they said they only wait 2 days for the pick up and canceled without warning, I was going to make the payment again and they spoke rudely to me without any reason, even so that we won't be back there. even very bad service unfortunately

I stopped in the Millbury store to purchase some work pants and found 3 pair in my size. While browsing I found two Carhartt hooded sweatshirts also my size. I looked online to see if there were any available coupons and found a 15% off coupon on apparal. When I went to the register to check out I was told it was only for online purchases. I didn't see this listed and the clerk said I'm sorry it's only for online customers. hard to find help in store. if you do see employees they are usually standing around talking together. if you ask at the register when you come in and they page an assistant it still takes forever for one to appear. good prices only go so far. good, AVAILABLE customer service is more important !
Tractor supply customer support is the worst experience I've had with a retailer in years.
Love it there, great customer service! Only down fall is 146 construction =( But that has nothing to do with them
