Absolutely horrible experience. I was in a minor traffic accident leaving the store yesterday. The manager who didn’t even see what happened accuses me of being intoxicated because of my disability. I was also accused of stealing. I am beyond mad and offended. Now I need to find new dog and cat food because I will never shop at a tractor supply store ever again.

I had a terrific experience with this store. The manager, Chris, was very helpful and compassionate. Five stars for customer service!
They never have what we need. We switched food brands specifically to match what they had and then they slowly stopped having that. Or having it when we needed it. And they never had the healthy rabbit food I needed. Plus, because we live so close we can hear their alarm, which goes off frequently. And when it goes off, it goes off all night. Initially we thought this store was going to be a good thing. But now we're stuck with it because the other grain store is gone.
BIG Shout out (Thank You) for making my snow-thrower purchase effortless with your patience and professionalism! Store Manager Rick Delano also demonstrated dismantling for transporting in our SUV and then loaded it into our vehicle. This exceptional service amazed us! Thank you to all the Lancaster store personnel who made this purchase an easy decision! ❤️ My husband will be thrilled with his bday surprise! Thank you!!!!
