Such an amazing bunch of employees. We have held numerous bake sales for our 4H group at Tractor Supply and each time we have been there the employees are always gracious and willing to help. They even purchase baked items to support our efforts. Thank you so much for helping us raise money for various organizations and charities throughout the Capital Region. This is what community is all about...people and businesses calibrating to help others . �
Poor customer service, rude, disrespectful, will not visit again.
My 7th bad experience here. Called store to confirm they had oxygen tanks for exchange and confirmed price over the phone. Arrived at store where they took my old tank and my money, made we wait 15 minutes, then told me that since my tank was from Airgas it would be an additional charge of $33.Girl who took my money was nice as pie and entirely clueless and guy who refused my tank ( there is ONE manufacturer of these tanks) was both clueless and rude.
