$62.00 bag of dog food had a sign beside it stating free $10.00 gift card with purchase. When I got it to the counter, I was told that the deal starts tomorrow. The girl even asked the manager.. 🤦♀️ I won’t be going back to the Alexandria store

Have been coming here for years to grab wood pellets and purchase by the bag only. Went in today and new manager states he won’t sell them by the bag and only by the skid! I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Why all of sudden, is TSC Alexandria, KY requiring to purchase wood pellets by the skid and not single bags as needed?

walked in door holding the wrong size belt I bought there...2 woman a door watch me walk in....I said I just need to exchange this for correct size....rudely asks if I have receipt...I said no....both you just watch me walk in door with it in my hand....without receipt can't exchange......I will never step foot in that door again
I would never recomend this store to anyone ! The ladies that work there are rude and dont want to help anyone , stand around and chit chat with each other , we went for a chainsaw that said it was in stock online well it wasnt on the floor , my husband asked her politely if she could go look in the back to see if she had any , she continued to stand there , my husband brought the case up to her that they sell the chainsaw with , her asked her is she sure they didn't have any in stock since the case was there ? she said haut... read more
Clydesdale in Alexandria.
They ran out of the larger bags of my dog food and I was completely out! I asked if they would match the price of the 16lb bag if I bought 4 4lb bags and they did! I really appreciate that they did that - I didn't have to drive to another store and didn't have to pay the premium for the smaller bags (a total of $10 difference for the same amount of food). Catherine was the one that made it happen- she was patient and kind! Thanks for going above and beyond!
