Bought a gas water pump there....used it three times. Engine blew...they issued me a ts gift card...until another pump was located...we found one....drove over to get it...box looked funny...but ok... took it out in the parking lot...opened it...this was a blown one also..took it back in...this time instead of putting it on a gift card ( as I requested ) they insisted on putting it back on my visa...I still wanted a new pump through this all...for my buisness. Really didn't appreciate the employee that called me "honey, sweetie, darling" I was looking for a part for a lawn mower that I've spent hours and hours getting it from useless to working perfectly. He's probably more "darling" than I am.
