I went to TSC a couple of weeks ago to pick up supplies, and the sales person who helped me had on a “mask” made of beads. I didn’t say anything, but I was uncomfortable and disappointed she didn’t feel the need to set an example for customers and staff by wearing a mask. Today I went back in around 5 p.m. to pick up pet food. There were 6 people in the store not wearing masks. One of which was an employee. That was over 50% of the people in the store. I will not shop at TSC again.

This place is a dumpster fire and has been ever since a demoted district manager took over 2-3 months ago .
It should be an instant termination when an employee seeks out a customer to harass them. Threatening a customer is not acceptable.
I understand that employees are sometimes put in situations where they don’t agree with a customer’s decision. The denial of a sale based on a employee’s beliefs is a problem, but that’s not the biggest the issue here. For an employee to get a customer’s information the store’s records and use that information to send the customer send a threatening, confrontal video is completely unacceptable. I don’t think it’s even right that a employee took to social media and sent a video to a customers personal account. You guys obviously aren’t doing anything about it. There is a whole community behind the man that was threatened by your employee by video and ignored by your associate manager . District management is where we are going with this?

Hi Lindsey, we brought this to the attention of the District Manager. He has addressed the issue with our HR Team.
The staff here sent a threatening video to a customer after refusing to sell them chicks to be used as feeders for his reptiles. Even if this is against store policy (I don't believe it is, as chicken is food-grade livestock), it should never be okay for an employee to seek out someone's personal info to harass them.
