Went to pick up rubber mats located outside the store and was made out to be a huge inconvenience. Totally understand that it is wet and cold outside from snowing the night before or that the plow never showed up to clean up the back area but the attitude from both employees was not needed. I always buy my dog Nalas food at Bensons feed, but today I had to go to tractor supply. I will never go there again! I walked in the door and the two ladies looked at me and said we close in 7 minutes! The worst customer service ! I said would you like me to leave! They just stared at me , I got my dog food because I waited to late to go where I usually go! But I will never go back or support tractor supply in Carson City again! Rude way to welcome a customer. I am beyond disappointed and absolutely confused as to why you will no longer carry the 8 cubic feet TSC shavings- I had no problem picking up a whole load today from the Susanville store who assured me they would be carrying them and they had 1300 in stock.
Hi, your Carson City store has a woman who works the “customer service counter” whom I’ve had to deal with now twice to get my puppy vaccines. Both times she was very rude and acted like I was bothering her by asking her to open the case and grab the vaccine for me.
