Apparently I was suspicious and needed 3 employees to follow me around the store.
I just walked into Tractor Supply to purchase a gift certificate. The cashier was actively engaged in a conversation with another employee. She IMMEDIATELY stopped that conversation, asked to assist me, and completed the transaction. Thank you! I cannot think of another business I have entered where the employee IMMEDIATELY engaged with me as a customer, walking away from what they were doing, whether a personal chat or doing work to be done when no customers are around. Battle Creek Tractor Supply, true customer focus.
I will never purchase any lawn equipment from here again. I bought a weed whip and a Cub Cadet push mower. I got 1 season out of them and now I can’t get the weed whip to start and the mower starts when it wants to. Paid good money for junk.
I had a lot of problems with Brodie the service tractor supply uses to deliver items. But all that was diminished by the awesome customer service. I got from the tractor supply employees at this location especially Dennis! He Compensated me for the waste of my time that the last few days had been due to a missed delivery to another location by a third-party they used to deliver.
