Apparently I was suspicious and needed 3 employees to follow me around the store.
I just walked into Tractor Supply to purchase a gift certificate. The cashier was actively engaged in a conversation with another employee. She IMMEDIATELY stopped that conversation, asked to assist me, and completed the transaction. Thank you! I cannot think of another business I have entered where the employee IMMEDIATELY engaged with me as a customer, walking away from what they were doing, whether a personal chat or doing work to be done when no customers are around.
