I will never purchase any lawn equipment from here again. I bought a weed whip and a Cub Cadet push mower. I got 1 season out of them and now I can’t get the weed whip to start and the mower starts when it wants to. Paid good money for junk.
I had a lot of problems with Brodie the service tractor supply uses to deliver items. But all that was diminished by the awesome customer service. I got from the tractor supply employees at this location especially Dennis! He Compensated me for the waste of my time that the last few days had been due to a missed delivery to another location by a third-party they used to deliver. Website says it’s open until 8, they closed at 7. Would have gone here first before my other shopping. This has happened before, won’t be coming back to the Battle Creek store.
