Horrible phone service been on call with them 3 times about a half dead chick they sold and no answer just keeps ringing and never any customer service when your in the store Kerrville location it is
From dog food to all different things that I had needed their service and advice are always welcome
The manager was unwilling to sell an item clearly marked and on the clearance rack. She stated that it was not marked correctly and would not sell the item. If this was the only item that was marked in such a way I could see the mistake but to mark all 3 items the same way.
Manager Ken would rather argue with you than help you. He made a simple exchange in to the worst tsc experience I've had. I don't really want to return to this location as long as ken runs things. If you go to Kerrville or Blanco you'll get above and beyond coustmer service and they wont argue with you. Worth the drive to avoid Ken.
