it was so nice during the busy holiday season that someone actually answered the phone and took the time to see if a particular item was in stock and physically going to the shelf and confirming that indeed it was at the store. my father bought a piece of equipment , went to pick it up and it was broken and damaged. they offered him a 5% discount . this has happened multiple times. stop selling returned broken/ damaged items at full price, then offer a joke of a discount at 5% . Shady Shady Shady. yall a joke.
Review is employee specific. 12/1/2022 (Lake Worth, TX store) Andrew has great customer service skills. Over the phone he went out of his way to answer my questions, to check on a item for me, found the item (last one in stock) and was sure to hold it for me for pick up. Not once did he rush to end the call, did not appear to be inconvenienced. This type of service is rare these days. Good job Andrew.
I recently purchased an outdoor kennel from here. The customer service provided by Bill and Amanda was outstanding. I highly recommend Tractor Supply for their 5 star service, quality of products and reasonable prices. They’re dog treats are much better priced than PetSmart, so I will be buying them here in the future.

Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable in a store they treat you as if you’re criminals and follow you around and when you say no thanks you’re just looking they send another employee over to check what you’re doing are we not allowed to window shop or price check anymore it’s not a thing of the past.
