Im changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star because corporate & the NEW MANAGER of this store as of Jan 2026 resolved some big issues that were going on here in this store. They now have timothy cut hay so we dont have to drive close to an hour away to get it. They acknowledged there was an issue with a staff member & hopefully resolved that problem. I have faith that this store will continue to get back on track because we flocal farmers depend on you!! Thank you!!!
I think if youre gonna have someone doing propane they need to be fully trained before filling a propane tank past its capacity as literally dude could have blown the place up not to mention if i wasnt aware of it being over filled i could have blown up. The guy there said he only done three tanks and didnt even know how much my tank held. They had barely anyone in the store and im sorry if your gonna hire someone TRAIN THEM PROPERLY you literally let this dude handle a explosive without proper training ???? This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with this but I had the most unpleasant experience with I suppose a manger of the name Sarah. She was on her phone just completely ignoring customers and on a call with her friend that apparently was more important than WORK! When managers are all quitting from The same store & corp does nothing to Fix the issues here thats a big problem for Us local farmers! # The assitant manager is a HUGE ISSUE here! She is so R.U.D.E!!! The in house computer to order online HASNT WORKED IN MONTHS- Everyone I know in this area buys Cut, stanleee timothy hay which sells Really well, & in ALL the other stores but this one. Farmers have to drive 35 min to Morganton to get Horse hay! THIS IS THEONLY STORE that Doesn't carry it, when its 5 minutes from the country ... read more
