Recommendedit is a very nice place to go to it is clean and the people are very friendly
I’m the process of calling corporate office , My family spends $$$$$ money here every year but today I was politely called a liar due to I bought 3 tons of wood pellets in July layaway (special) and paid for $538.00 but the receipt faded but I had a picture to prove (Backup) problems also before(every year)there’s been a problem every year

The people running this place sure dont seem to know how to run a business very well
today was a bit disappointed with the customer service. my fiance bought a gun safe that was on sale for black Friday and realized he needed his bigger truck so asked about picking the item up later. the cashier (who had as much of a personality as a brick) said no, so he he asked another older lady and she told him to return it and we couldn't buy anything we weren't taking right now. if that's the case note that on your sales ads! especially if there's a ship to store option on the website. she was rather short and rude wi... read more
The Middletown DE store is awesome! The staff treat everyone like family! If you have any issue they solve with no questions asked.
Second time I have been disappointed in the customer service, just put over $100 of supplies back on the shelf and left.
