I went in looking for a new bass boat. After some close calls with used boats, new was the way to go. It's been sort of a dream of mine to own a Tracker bass boat. I wish zero stars was an option. I never leave reviews like this but I feel that everyone else should be informed. I purchased a trolling motor through here and it came with free installation. I had the trolling motor installed and was under the impression that there wouldn't be any issues due to it being "professionally" installed. For reference I have the Minn Kota Terrova 80lbs 54" with the RTA-17 quick release bracket. Well come to find out, they only installed my trolling motor to the quick release bracket with 4 out of... read more

Do not get your boat serviced here without knowing exactly what you are going to pay!! We were quoted around $300 for an impeller and labor and when we went to pick up last week they fixed other parts and charged us $1000 more than what was told. When my husband told her that’s not what we were told the lady at the counter told him “well they should’ve told you.” Terrible customer service!! Our boat was filthy and that was not how we dropped it off.
