When we were buying the boat they were AWESOME...but when we brought it in for service it was a totally different story. We had an appointment for and oil change 8:30 am Saturday, at 1pm they still hadn't touched it, said it would be ready on Monday. OK fine, we'll pick it up next Saturday. No one called so we went to pick it up at 10am the following Saturday... they STILL hadn't touched it! Customer Service? I think not. We took the boat home at that point, we'll find a place that knows what Customer Service really means.
Justin did a great job selling me on my Suntracker! I would definitely recommend doing business with Justin and Tracker Boat Center Florence!
