Most horrible experience I’ve ever had buying a boat. Service after the sale has been horrific. Do not try to get any warranty work done through this dealership.. They have had my boat for two weeks and have not even shipped it. I’ve tried numerous times to find out where my boat is going to be shipped and no one can Answer that question. They just say somewhere in Texas. Salesman Scott was very helpful and informed. However I have had by new Tracker for 7 weeks And have been attempting to see why my state paperwork to register has not been sent in. All the fees to do so were included in my payment and purchase price. I am less than two weeks from the temporary Permits becoming invalid. No one will even call me back. Scott has tried but his efforts have been ignored Never purchase a boat from these people
Deanne sold me the 1650T with a 40hp mercury, I was worried that it may be underpowered, but she reached out to another customer, and asked them about there's, they said 30 mph and plenty of power, took mine out after I bought it exactly what I seen loaded DOWN, 2 people 30 mph and gets there easy, thanks a lot for the purchase, the whole staff stayed late to make it happen! Great experience, thanks Deanne
all's i got to say is wow!!! Worst manager ever- place is a joke. Manager (Caroline) would lie and wouldn't give me a update on my boat not even a freaking call back- that is if she answered the phone and then she got pissed at me because went off on her after having my boat for 3 weeks!!!!! needless to say picked up my stuff and took boat to bossier. Freaking joke- total crackhead. Was going to buy a tracker fishing job BUT after my experience with her will start looking at others.
