I am a big believer in supporting local business so when I decided to look for a new Tri-toon for my family I figured I would check out Tracker Boating Center in Midland. I took my boat there for a bad fuel pump I got my boat back three weeks later they were keeping it hostage because it was warranty I called mercury and they finally called them and told them to release my boat to me then I get it home it leaks gas it doesn’t run the cowling gasket Has some metal in it they didn’t have it on the side chaps when they put the cowling on it Bennett and they left bolts out of the latch so beware of taking your boat to Midland tracker very bad experience so now I’ve got a pay money out of my pocke... read more

Had a trolling motor put on by them and they did not do a very good job, the first time we took boat onto lake with the new trolling motor it fell off as we were just fishing and is now sitting at the bottom of the lake. Clearly if it was put in right it wouldn't not of just came off! 2,200 dollars wasted. they want us to recover the motor knowing the chances of that were very slim!!! we are still waiting to see what they will do to help us. fingers crossed they do the right thing..

look I have experience in the past with tracker, this staff is top notch, I've taken my tahoe in for service and got amazing service plus pricing, liked it so much, my wife and I bought a new boat. I won't take my boat anywhere else but tracker in Midland, TX. you can deal with the attitudes, and don't care guys elsewhere, I've had my fill. this is where it's at! thank you all for a great buying and service experience!
