I bought set of brake pads(4 pads total). The total was $215. The pads were sold individually for $49 each. After getting the pads and pricing elsewhere, I found a set of four pads, same manufacture and identical for $53. That is a 400% markup on retail price. Upon returning pads and explaining why they were returned, I was told that maybe I should search first next time and that everyone knows that their parts are way overpriced and they still come buy them.

Zane Brown was very helpful and customer oriented. He was always polite and answered all my questions. Zane would always end our conversation by saying "If there is anything else you need or have any questions please feel free to call me back." This young man needs a raise. I was very happy with the service and repairs on my boat.
