Absolutely the worst company to work for regarding job security management are nothing but hawks and when you need supplies they won't get to it because they are too busy watching you. It's so bad that they let off employees due to budget cuts and that's how you know this company is going down the drain. They promise apprenticeships only to two people a year that have been there the longest and to top it off sugar coat it to keep people around saying that everyone's next in line.
If this company is willing to allow their dump trucks to leave sites with gravel on the top of the box and the bottom of the gate I’m sure there is a multitude of major things that are overlooked.
